Shipping policy

On hand goods: All orders for on hand goods ship for free and will be processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays of course) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and any other details. You won't be billed until your order is ready to be packaged and shipped. Free shipping is via USPS First Class mail or FedEx Ground and applies to US addresses only. You will have the option to select a different service during checkout, but fees may apply.

In most cases, US made to order goods will be made and shipped in 14 days or less. Made to order goods are each individually custom made by hand just for you, as such may be delayed for various reasons, but not likely. We will communicate with you within 24 hours after receiving your request. Made to order goods require a 50% non refundable deposit. Your deposit will not be billed until final confirmation of your order.

We can not be responsible for carrier delays or other issues beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

USPS First Class shipping is free. Expedited shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

In most cases, we can offer international shipping. There may be additional costs associated with this and you will be notified prior to being billed for your order.

Your goods may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Atomic Goods is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at goods@atomicgoods.com with your name and order number, and we will get to the bottom of it.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. You will be contacted prior to billing if we foresee issues.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, providing the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs associated with the return. 

In the event that your order arrives to you damaged in any way, please immediately email us at goods@atomicgoods.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the packaging and item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
