Refund policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to return if for exchange or refund. Contact us for a return authorization number to be sure our warehouse knows what to do. The bag must be in damage free, new condition. Our return policy stands for 30 days from the day you receive it, after that, get in touch with us and we’ll work something out with you.
We'll happily repair or replace your item if it should ever become necessary. Again, we must have a return authorization number to process, so please be sure to contact us prior to return. We'll take care of any flaws in materials or workmanship, but we can't be responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Non-returnable items include but are not limited to:
* Gift cards
* Deposits on made to order goods
* Made to order / custom made / special order goods
